REFINERY FLOOR
Located in DMCC Free Zone, JLT, Dubai. Climate-controlled intake bay, melt floor, assay cleanroom, minting hall, and biometric vault on a single secured level.
CCTV + BIOMETRIC VAULT
142 CCTV cameras with 90-day retention; biometric access at every secured zone; biometric vault with dual-key and time-locked protocols.
Intake-to-Ship Protocol
Four zones, zero ambiguity
From the moment a consignment crosses the Welfinz threshold, every step is recorded against a batch ID. There is no “we’ll add it to the log later” — the log is the work order.
Consignment weighed, photographed, sealed, and assigned a batch ID. Operator signed-in; supervisor counter-signed.
Three-method assay (XRF + fire + ICP-MS). Sample retained for seven years. Results locked to the batch ID before the material proceeds.
Induction furnaces with logged temperature curves. Pour weights recorded per bar; serials allocated from the per-weight counter.
Finished bars sealed, QR-tagged, and allocated to segregated vault positions. Each allocation is signed by two operators with biometric confirmation.
