The Refining Process
Five steps from intake to delivered bar
Every batch is weighed three times, assayed three ways, and signed off by two qualified operators before it advances. There is no step where a single person can move metal without a co-signature.
Consignment weighed, photographed, sealed, assigned a batch ID. Operator + supervisor co-signed.
Triple-method assay (XRF + fire + ICP-MS). Sample retained for seven years. Results locked to the batch ID.
Induction furnace with logged temperature curve. Pour weights recorded per bar; serials allocated.
Cast bar or minted bar, depending on your spec. Each bar laser-engraved with serial and QR.
Biometric vault allocation. Sealed certificate issued. Insured logistics arranged for collection or delivery.
