Four steps from raw lot to poured bar
Material is weighed into the crucible with flux. Charge weight is logged to the batch ID with operator co-signature.
Induction furnace ramps to target temperature over a logged curve. Power, frequency, and temperature archived against the batch.
Automated pour into pre-heated moulds. Pour weights recorded per bar; serials allocated from the per-weight counter.
Bar is cooled, de-moulded, weighed, and inspected. Surface defects are logged; reject bars are re-melted under a new batch ID.
