Five steps, stones preserved
Pre-thermal scanning and chemical-free separation techniques preserve the integrity of mounted stones — diamonds, sapphires, and other gem-quality material — while fully recovering the precious-metal content.
Consignment photographed, weighed, and triaged into stone-bearing and non-stone-bearing streams.
X-ray fluorescence scan locates stones and establishes baseline metal composition per item.
Mechanical and chemical-free extraction. Stones are bagged, weighed, and returned in original condition.
Induction melt on the metal-only stream. Triple-method assay. Standard Welfinz refining protocol.
Stone return + metal output + per-item reconciliation statement. Choice of cash settlement or refined metal return.
